Frequently Asked Questions

Will my partner hear the audio?
At normal sleeping volumes, the audio is virtually inaudible from more than 30cm away. The speaker sits inside the pillow right next to your ear — you hear it clearly, they don't.

Is it compatible with iPhone and Android?
Yes — Bluetooth 5.0 works with all devices including iPhone, Android, iPad, Mac and Windows. No app required.

Can I use it for tinnitus?
Many of our customers use the Sleep Box to play white noise or nature sounds to mask tinnitus at night. The soft, even sound at low volume makes it ideal for sleep therapy.

How do I set it up?
1. Charge via USB-C until the LED turns off.
2. Slide inside your pillowcase, speaker side facing your ear.
3. Turn on with a long press of the power button.
4. Pair via Bluetooth — search for "Bone Conduction Pillow Speaker".
5. Play your audio and drift off.

Is the cover washable?
Yes — remove the speaker unit and the fabric cover is fully machine-washable.
