Counterfeit and unauthorised products

Counterfeit bone conduction speakers that resemble duraMOBI products exist on marketplaces. These products may use similar-looking packaging and branding but are made with inferior components and have not been quality-tested.

How to verify your product is genuine:

  • You purchased directly at duramobi.shop
  • You received a Shopify order confirmation email from hello@duramobi.shop
  • The packaging includes duraMOBI branding with the correct logo and product name
  • If in doubt: email hello@duramobi.shop with your order number and we will verify

duraMOBI cannot be held responsible for counterfeit or unauthorised products purchased elsewhere. This includes products that stop working, cause damage, or do not match our advertised specifications.


Returns policy — 30 days

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products purchased at duramobi.shop. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions for returns

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The product must be in its original condition — not physically damaged by the customer
  • Original packaging should be included where possible
  • Returns are processed once the item is received and inspected

Damaged or defective items — unboxing video required

Important: record an unboxing video before opening any duraMOBI package.

To process claims for damaged or defective products, we require a video showing the sealed package and the unboxing process. Claims submitted without this video cannot be processed. This protects both you and us.

What the video must show

  • The sealed outer packaging in its original condition
  • The process of opening the package
  • The item and its condition as it comes out of the box
  • Any visible damage, missing components, or defects

The video does not need to be professionally filmed — a smartphone video is fine. It simply needs to clearly show the sealed state and the opening.

How to submit a damage or defect claim

  1. Record the unboxing video before fully opening the package
  2. Email hello@duramobi.shop within 7 days of delivery
  3. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and attach or link to the video
  4. We will review your claim within 48 hours and arrange a replacement or refund

Warranty — 12 months

All duraMOBI products purchased at duramobi.shop come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

What is covered

  • Manufacturing defects that affect the product's function
  • Speaker failure not caused by physical damage or misuse
  • Charging port failure under normal use conditions
  • Bluetooth connectivity failures not caused by device compatibility issues

What is not covered

  • Physical damage caused by dropping, impact, or misuse
  • Water damage beyond the product's stated waterproof rating
  • Damage caused by using incompatible chargers or voltages above 5V
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products purchased outside of duramobi.shop

How to make a warranty claim

  2. We will assess the claim within 48 hours

Why do I need an unboxing video for a damaged product claim?

The unboxing video proves that the product arrived damaged and was not damaged after delivery. This protects you as a customer (we cannot dispute your claim) and protects duraMOBI from fraudulent claims. A simple smartphone video showing the sealed package and the unboxing process is sufficient.
